We love lobster 

Because its a celebration in a plate. 

Because lobster is the underdog that made it to the top of the menu. Because it's the armored diva of the sea. It wears it's armor like a crown. Because it's the reason we don bibs as adults and feel no shame. Because it brings people together with it's messy joy and sweet reward. 

Because it makes us slow down, savor, and maybe even spill a little butter down our shirts. Because it's perfectly imperfect. Deliciously unexpected, the friend who shows up unannounced and brings the best stories. 

Because it's a reminder that life, like lobster, is best enjoyed when you're willing to crack it open and dive in. Because it's the weird cousin at the seafood party. Its not a fish. Not a shrimp. But something wonderfully in between. Awkward, fabulous, and owning it. Because it's more than just a meal. Its a moment. A memory. A love story that begins win a single, buttery bite.
